Booking & Payment
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
• Full payment must be completed at least 72 hours before check-in, especially during holiday or high-demand periods.
• Group and event bookings may require a signed agreement and confirmation of guest list.

Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Occupancy & Events
• Standard occupancy: up to 8 guests (based on room configuration).
• Maximum occupancy for events: 12–15 people (with prior approval).
• Events, reunions, or celebrations must be disclosed in advance. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
• Unauthorized parties or guests are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of stay.

Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover potential damages or excessive cleaning.
• The deposit will be returned within 3–5 business days after inspection, minus any charges if applicable.

House Rules
• No smoking indoors.
• Pets allowed only with prior approval.
• Outdoor facilities (pool, BBQ area, chill zone) must be used responsibly.
• Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and report damages.

Use of Amenities
• Pool and BBQ areas are for registered guests only unless otherwise approved.
• Children must be supervised in all common areas.
• Please observe safety guidelines when using terrace and outdoor spaces.

Liability & Conduct
• Guests are liable for damages caused to the property or its contents.
• Ocean Breeze Residences is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
• Guests agree to use the premises respectfully and maintain the peaceful nature of the neighborhood.
