Booking & Payment
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours before check-in.
• Long-stay bookings (7+ nights) may qualify for special rates or discounts—ask during inquiry.

Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Occupancy & Guests
• Standard occupancy: 4 persons.
• The visitor’s room may accommodate a 5th guest for an additional fee (must be declared in advance).
• Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 5 days or more before check-in: Full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival: 50% of total booking amount retained.

House Rules
• No smoking indoors.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
• No parties or loud gatherings after 10:00 PM.
• Housekeeping available upon request (fees may apply for extended stays).

Security & Damage
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furnishings.
• A refundable security deposit may be collected upon arrival.
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit; management is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Use of Facilities
• Use of shared amenities (if applicable) must comply with posted rules.
• Visitor’s room is intended for short-term stays or occasional use—cannot be used to exceed apartment capacity without prior agreement.
