Booking & Payment:
• A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours before check-in.
Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy Limits:
• Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (2 per room).
• Additional guests must be declared in advance and may be subject to extra charges.
Cancellations & Refunds:
• Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
House Rules:
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• No pets allowed without prior approval.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Damages & Liability:
• Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.
• A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.
Use of Premises:
• The apartment is for residential use only.
• Parties or events are not permitted unless authorized by management.
